From Salisbury:
Take the A36 into Bath and
follow the "All Attractions" signs that lead to Charlotte Street
car park.
Alternatively, leave the A36 at the B3110, sign-posted to Norton
St Philip, and follow the B3110 to Odd Down Park and Ride. It is
marked Park and Ride SOUTH on the map. This road is not suitable for cars
towing a caravan or for large vehicles.
From the South West:
The quickest and most straightforward route if you are travelling
from a distance is likely to be via the M5 and M4 approaching Bath
from the north and using the Lansdown Park and Ride, marked Park
and Ride NORTH on the map.
Alternatively, approach on the A39 and use Newbridge Park and Ride
(WEST) or approach on the A367 and use Odd Down Park and Ride
(SOUTH). Odd Down Park and Ride is the larger and is recommended at
peak holiday periods. Charlotte Street car park is clearly marked
from each direction.

Take the A4 into Bath. For a day visit to Bath, we recommend
Newbridge Park and Ride, which is on the A4 just after the bridge
across the River Avon. It is marked Park and Ride WEST on the
map.
To park in the city centre, continue along the A4 to Charlotte
Street car park. This is the largest car park in Bath and is
clearly marked on approach roads, follow the "All Attractions"
signs.
From the M4:
Leave the M4 at Junction 18 and take the A46 towards Bath. For a
day visit to Bath, we recommend Lansdown Park and Ride, clearly
signposted from the A46/A420 junction at Cold Ashton. It is marked
Park and Ride NORTH on the map.
Alternatively, follow the brown traffic signs saying 'Roman
Baths' along the A46 and A4 to Bath and then the Roman helmet
symbol to Charlotte Street car park.
